  Small forest preserve great for a short day hike or walk with the dogs. Cabins are rentable. Can launch a kayak or canoe into the Kish. Playground for small kids on the premises and a nature center. Sled hill in the winter.

  Great little nature center! My kids love playing here and watching the animals come to the feeders. The tortoise usually free roams the center, which is tons of fun. Lots of nice hiking trails, great sledding hill for winter.
